Our Methodology

  • Preliminary Assessment

    This is the phase where we involve in a preliminary discussion with the management with an objective of understanding the functioning of the organisation and the role of each key person. We may also interact with the front line team in detail to have a last mile view of the situation. The desired goals, issues which need correction, management’s view on untapped opportunities will be assesed. Current operational functioning and gap in the operational areas ,considering medium and long term goals will be identified. After the preliminary assessment we will come out with a timeline, define possible outcomes and also a resource plan we seek from the management.

  • Engagement

    Our team will work with each functional area or department and will understand their view points, challenges and potential. Once we understand the process we will work along with them to plan, implement and follow up the change process required for the overall organisation. We will also evaluate expert advice from the existing business advisors and focus on how these could be transformed into actions. At times it calls for personal mentoring or sometimes even counselling for the management or operational staff which will be done as needed. The major focus would be to make the team accountable for the outcome, ensure the business functions are being able to measure its effectiveness and do frequent assessment of the change that is being done. We will also do the required process or system audits to ensure the team is doing the tasks as planned.

  • Post Engagement

    After the initial engagement and achievement of the objectives, need for engagement might not be intense. However would be a need for periodic review, assistance in evaluating further business prospects and organisational readiness to take up the same etc. We have tailor made post engagement plans which suits the budget and comfort of our clients.
