Founder & Chief Enabler K.G.Sreejith Panicker has over 19 years of rich experience in diversified managerial roles in Sales & Marketing, Channel Management, After Sales and Service, Operations Management, Digital Marketing and Information Technology domains. He was associated with organisations of repute like Eicher, Godrej, Electrolux, Haier, Tata & ISPG and has served many industries as a service provider during his tenure in the Information Technology domain.

He identified this gap of building "Operational Excellence", as a key stumbling block in the growth for many MSME organisations and decided to extent the professional service along with his associates,who are specliazed in certain key domains.
